Recertification & renewal
ALL OF CICTI’S CERTIFICATIONS ARE EASY TO RENEW.
The renewal process consists of logging in, paying the Recertification fee, watching the refresher video, and completing the short test at the end. You will then be able to download a new version of your valid Certification. Additionally, our searchable database of members will be updated to reflect your Certification’s validity.
All certifications are valid for Two Years from the issue date.
How to get recertified

Buy the renewal
Sign in and purchase the recertification for each credential you hold. One purchase can cover several credentials on the same license.
Watch the refresher video
A short refresher covering what has changed and the points people most often miss. It unlocks the moment the renewal is paid.
Requires an open renewalReview your original materials
The exam is written to check your comprehension of the video and of the class you were originally certified in, so keep those handouts nearby.
Take the test
Multiple choice, no time limit, taken in your account. Pass and the new certificate is generated straight away.
Requires an open renewalThe clock starts the moment you buy the renewal, so leave yourself time to watch the video and sit the test.
A renewal counts as open while it is inside that window and has not already produced a new certificate.
The refresher video
The same instructor, the same plain language as the classroom. It covers the enclosure and pressurization material that the exam draws on, and it is the fastest way back to a current credential.
The video is not public. It plays for members with a renewal purchase from the last 90 days that has not yet been redeemed.
